At Real, every agent gets the same split and cap—no special treatment based on production, experience, or connections.

Here’s how it works:

  • 85/15 Commission Split

  • 15K Cap - $375/transaction fee after cap & $125/lease fee after cap

  • $249 sign-up fee

  • $40 CBR fee

  • No monthly fees

  • $1200 annual brokerage and risk management fee, paid from first three transactions/anniversary year ($400 transaction)

  • Up to 3 personal transactions per anniversary year, with $250 transaction fee
